Machine Shop – SMJ Venture

We now own a full fledged machine shop, which was started as a small tool room 20 years back with a single lathe machine under a 90 sq ft. shed. The machine shop is spread over 6500+ sq ft and is equipped with an array of machines, equipments and instruments.

Our machine shop has –

• CNC VMC Machine – 1 (Haas_USA)

Keeping pace with our growing needs and to fulfil our goals of achieving total vertical integration and turning our machine shop into a profit centre, we have completed due diligence to add state of the art CNC VMC & Wirecut machines. CNC turning will be added very shortly.

In addition to general instruments our machine shop is also equipped with Digital Vernier Calipers, Micrometers: Inside-Outside, Depth etc.; Gauges: Bore, Height, Slip, Ring etc. (a few of them specifically to check accuracies of our products) and the latest addition is the 2D Height Master (from Electronica, Pune).

We are also offering repair of Dies & Mold Spares supply.
